Spring in my Step

 Even though it snowed again yesterday, and it was cold and very windy. Daylight savings has arrived, and Spring is a little over a week away. 

Two shows this weekend, and a few events around Saint Patrick's Day I will try to attend, but with April around the corner, and a brief period of time for a short vacation after Easter, I am thinking of warmer temperatures, and outdoor adventures. 

The road ahead looks a little more certain than the past two Springs, and this Summer is already filling up with shows. Trying to stay in the moment, but I can't help looking forward.

Picking Up The Pieces

 For nearly two years, life has been put on hold in so many ways. Frozen.

My yearly income was reduced to less than 1/4 of what I'm used to making, and although I sold my house, and what little I made from the sale only managed to last me so long. Last summer work managed to pick up a little, but it did little to make up for losing almost all of 2020 and half of 2021. 

Finally, it appears I'm back to working a normal schedule again. Spring is just about here, and warm weather will bring outdoor shows, and work during the weekdays too.
